How does Zip Yacht get paid?

Details on request. Any fee or referral arrangement is agreed in writing, up front, before introductions. The sale itself is handled by a licensed Florida yacht broker.

How does an off-market sale actually work?

Your boat never appears on a listing site. We build a quiet profile — specs, condition, honest pricing — and match it against qualified buyers whose search briefs already fit her. Introductions happen one at a time, under discretion, and only with your sign-off. The dock finds out when you want it to, which can be never.

Do you work with other brokerages?

Yes. Zip Yacht makes introductions; licensed brokers do the brokering. If the right boat is another firm’s central agency listing, the licensed broker can co-broker it. Terms agreed up front.

What if the AI finds a boat you don’t represent?

The Yacht Finder searches the whole market. If the best match is listed elsewhere, the licensed broker we introduce you to can approach the listing broker for you.
