“Free? What’s the catch?”
There isn’t one. Zip Yacht makes its money on management software for boats, not by charging crew to read job ads. Crew recruitment is how we earn the industry’s trust, not how we pay the bills.
We’re yachting people
Zip Yacht was built and battle-tested on a real working yacht — not in a WeWork. We know what placement fees feel like from the crew mess side.
The software pays the bills
Our yacht-management app — maintenance, parts, machinery, documents, one screen — is the business. Crew connections are the community.
AI does the heavy lifting
Reading CVs and building profiles run on the same AI core as our management app. It scales without an army of recruiters — so neither side pays.
Less admin. More sea.
