Fort Lauderdale earns the title Yachting Capital of the World for one week every fall — and this is that week. The 67th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) spreads several billion dollars of boats, superyachts, and marine gear across seven connected venues along the Intracoastal. If you build your season around a single show, build it around this one.

Dates: Wednesday, October 28 – Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Hours: Wednesday noon–7, Thursday–Saturday 10–7, Sunday 10–5.
Where: Seven venues on one ticket — Bahia Mar, Las Olas Marina, Hall of Fame Marina, the SuperYacht Village at Pier 66 South, Pier 66 Marina, the Broward County Convention Center, and the Hilton Marina. Water taxis and shuttle buses run a continuous loop between them, so plan on a full day if you want to see it all. Tickets are online only.
Why it matters
FLIBS is the largest in-water boat show on earth. Every major builder shows up, and the fleet runs from center-console tenders to 300-foot superyachts tied up bow-to-stern along miles of floating dock. For owners it’s the place to see the new models in the water rather than on a screen; for brokers and crew it’s the busiest networking week of the year; and for charter guests it’s a front-row look at the boats they’ll be stepping aboard next season.
How to work the show
- Book early. Fort Lauderdale sells out during show week — lock crew, dockage, and hotels months ahead.
- Go Wednesday. The Prime Time preview day is the calmest and most serious buying window before the weekend crowds.
- Wear deck shoes. You’ll walk miles of dock; dress for sun and water.
- Head to Pier 66 South. The SuperYacht Village is where the biggest boats — and the biggest conversations — happen.
